Shipping policy

Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be dispatched within 3-5 days (1-2 weeks for custom designs).

Items are mailed via Australia Post. Australian orders using Standard Post should arrive within 2 to 10 business days, Express Post within 1-3 business days. No responsibility is taken by us for Australia Post mail delays.

International orders are currently estimated to take 20 to 25 business days to arrive (due to Covid-19 related restrictions and delays), however please be aware that this timeframe can change in the current times.

If you require insurance or signature on delivery, please contact us - this is at an additional cost.
