Processing Time
Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be made, packaged and posted. Making time for custom designs is approx. 1-2 weeks from when the order is placed. Shipping notifications will be sent via email as soon as parcels have been posted so keep an eye on your inbox!

Domestic
Shipping rates and timeframes within Australia are as follows:
Standard Post (NO TRACKING) - $5.00 (Free for all orders over $50) (approx. 2-8 business days)
Registered Post (includes tracking) - $8.50 (Free for all orders over $85) (approx. 2-8 business days)
Express Post (includes tracking) - $16.00 (Free for all orders over $100) (1-3 business days)
Free domestic shipping does not include tracking. For safety of delivery, we strongly recommend selecting the Registered Post or Express Post option.
Please note: if your package goes missing or is delayed you can use the tracking number supplied to lodge an enquiry with Australia Post. If your package is deemed lost, please contact us and we will work out a solution.
International
Shipping rates from Australia to the rest of the world are as follows:
Standard Post - $22 for all orders under $120
Standard Post - Free for all orders over $120
International packages are sent via Australia Post and tracking is included on all orders. Current timeframes range from 1-4 weeks for delivery.
